I purchased a new 16GB playbook for my wife on September 21 2012. There are reddish yellow lines on the photographs taken with the camera. I have tried to register for tech support, but when I put int he Serial Number, I receive a message stating that my device is not eligble for support. According to other threads on the web, this looks like a hardware issue. Sadly the retailer I purchased the playbook from no longer carries the device so I can not return it to them. Is there another way I can get the camera repaired? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

call support but dont choose support, choose other and ask for warranty support
I did this and got mine fixed
