Losing / lost Saved WIFI on reboot

Recently on 'restart' / 'power off' my Playbook has started deleting all 'saved' wifi settings and consequently requires wifi set up everytime I power on, leaving on 'standby' obviously OK. Once setup, it is present in the wifi 'saved' section and settings look OK, pushing 'Save' or 'Save and Connect'  or deleting and manually re-entering makes no difference.

No data in logs or problem networks to suggest problems.

Rebooting router / deleting connection data did not correct the issue.

Tried connecting Playbook to friends / family members routers, same problem.

The only activity recently regarding wifi was I entered 'Flight Mode' and since this, seem to be having this problem, I have not connected to any other wifi.

I think I have exhausted most checks I can do, any suggestions would be appreciated or is it a known bug?

Does a 'Security Wipe' rebuild the Playbook, maybe my only option now after backing up.

Re: Losing / lost Saved WIFI on reboot

I would security wipe, yes. Back up data first.
