For starters, go to My Settings > click on the Preferences tab > then click on Linear Layout and set your posts per page to 50 (can't go higher than 50) and also click on the option > "Jump to first unread post in a topic" to enable that.
Then, anytime in a thread you've read before, you will be taken to the last unread post.
And, you'll see less pages with 50 posts per page.

The linear setting was by default to 50, and I did set just that set the jump, but when I click on the message group "10" for the page all I see is the message that was place there at 7:35, and I have since then received many e-mail telling me that it was updated but I can not see those message

In what environment are you seeing this screen?
On your PC, Playbook?
Mobile site view or full site view?

Well I use the Playbook, and you can see in the first message the way I can see it, I do not understand what you mean by mobile or full

I understand that :-), but that is all that I can use to access this site as I can not transfer this site on my computer

Done.
In those threads longer than ten pages, touch the little ">>" arrows to the right of the "10", will take you to the last page of the thread. (in this case, page 13).
If you instead want to go to page 11, or 12, once you're on page 13, at the top or the bottom of the screen you can touch 11 or 12 .
Good luck.
