Massive BUG

Hey guys, I just come over a massive bug. I want the guys from RIM to read it too.

The bug has the following status:

At first u clear the shortkey line of apps. So the first line of ur apps which is always available.

Then u put a any app icon ito tht line and it disappears, no matter if it is the browser or whatever.

The playbook gives u a message in the top right corner, where it is stated, that the array list is not available or such.

I think it is not that hard to fix, because u just need a placeholder for that array, but it is a massive bug ,because

u can not reset that icon ever.

If anyone knows how to handle this please let me know. I am curious.

Please use plain text.

Re: Massive BUG

This is a known bug and the only way to fix is to do a security wipe on your playbook.

I'm not sure if RIM is working on a fix in a future update.

Please use plain text.

But you're also not sure that they might be.
