Is...texts, calender, contacts, etc

Thank you

Re: Merge phone with tablet help

Hi mejabrenda,

You can set BlackBerry Protect in your phone. BlackBerry Protect provides a convenient way to wirelessly back up and restore device data, and includes features to help you find your device and help protect your device's data if your device is ever lost or stolen.

You can use BlackBerry Protect to back up contacts, calendar entries, memos, tasks, text messages, browser bookmarks, Password Keeper entries and Wi-Fi profiles. You can set BlackBerry Protect to back up your data regularly or only when certain types of network connections are available. You can also choose to back up your data manually.

BlackBerry Protect can restore data to the same device (for example, when you want to recover data that you have deleted) or to a different device (for example, when you need to replace a lost device with a new one).

If your device is lost, you can use the BlackBerry Protect website to help you find your device by viewing its current location, making it sound, or displaying a custom message on the Home screen of the device. If your device is stolen, you can also remotely lock your device, change your device password, or delete all data from your device.

You can manage up to five devices from your BlackBerry Protect account. You cannot use BlackBerry Protect on a device that is associated with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

Re: Merge phone with tablet help

This is not what I want, but thanks for your information.
I want the information that is on my phone (texts, saved emails, calendar, contacts) on my tablet without the bridge because the bridge doesn't work when my phone isn't around.

Check the below KB article on having contacts and calender in PlayBook but you won't be able to get SMS texts and saved email as they are saved locally to your phone memory.
