Music store

I am now running OS 2.1.0.1917 which I had to do as a result of a wipe a few weeks ago. I then started using the Music Store which worked great but now all of a sudden it will not open. It hangs for about 10 secondsa and then the screen shuts down. All I get is the light blue startup screen but it won't connect or log me in as it was doing.

I've read this has happened before but EVERY solution seemed to be taking a page from Microsoft and doing a wipe which I'm loathe to do. I've sent an email to 7Digital but as yet no response from them.

Does anyone know what the issue is?

Folloup to my last post, the 7 Digital Music Store app is now gone and the only app Vailable is ONLY for the phone. What a joke. I swear to God I'm never buying a blackberry products again.
