My Device: Playbook

My playbook has locked up. Says Password Required (6 of 10) Enter "blackberry" to continue it doesn't respond to my password or anything else I have tried. Any help appreciated.

It looks like you are entering the wrong password, maybe your CAPS are on..4more wrong pws and it will do a complete wipe
