Mine was 2 download, the first was 340Mb and rigth after it there was another 480Mb, after that one the Playbook rebooted and it is running smooth since

Downloaded (340mb) and installed without incident. However, after doing the restart, email would not open. (it opened, but froze immediately without showing any messages).

 

I shut it off and am now restarting again...

UPDATE: The second restart seemed to solve the problem, although the email was slow to load the first time I accessed it.

Just finished restart after update and have lost most emails,all contacts and my calendar.  Any ideas?   Thanks

Wait for about 15-20 mins. I read somewhere that it takes time to sync with BB servers. You did do a system backup once before right? :smileywink:

Downloaded and installed with no issue. Since no one has sent me a text, I have yet to see the new text interface  :Wacko: 

 

However - using the computer and cable that the PB was charging on this morning, I now get the message "Unable to charge battery with connected source".  

 

I would like to see some workarounds or fixes for that!

I JUST noticed this too after ProPCPal (a fellow user) posted it so we're in the same boat. Now I see you have this issue too.
