New PlayBook apps won't upgrade

Just bought an blackberry PlayBook and I've registered for applications world but the apps won't upgrade or can't download any can anyone help???

Are you connected to WiFi?

 

What happens when you click an app to upgrade or download?

Yes I'm connected to wifi and it just days downloading and doesn't move.

You haven't said if you've done this, Touch the battery icon at the top right > Restart and after the PlayBook reboots, reconnect to the WiFi and try again.
