New playbook unable to update it

I WENT THROUGH THE INITIAL SETUP OF BB ID AND AFTER WHICH IT STARTED DOWNLOADING THE SOFTWARE UPDATE, WHICH AFTER A WHILE SHOWED ERROR MESSAGES.  I TRIED UPDATING IT THROUGH THE BB DESKTOP SOFTWARE , WHICH ALSO SHOWED ERROR MESSAGES AND COULD NOT DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE SOFTWARE. 

KINDLY HELP ME OUT
