No Audio

I have no audio when playing video from you tube. OK with audible on other games etc. Suggestions appreciated John H

Is this through the youtube app or through the browser?  This has happened to me before, but on the youtube video controls for size, etc, have you checked the volume itself?

 

Have you tried a hard reset of the playbook?

Hold down the volume up key, volume down key, and power button at the same time and hold it for about 15 seconds. TIP: Its easier if you hit the volume up key then the volume down key and then the power key.

 

I'm also not sure if you're running the latest software on the playbook.  Take a look here.

hoot, to reiterate:

1. make sure the volume within the Youtube video is up,

And,

2. make sure your Playbook volume is up... from the top edge volume keys.
