No Video Chat with PlayBook 3G+?

According to German BlackBerry site the PlayBook 3G+ support video chat over 3G+. If I starting video chat there is a dialogue no WiFi is available (enable WiFi / Cancel) ... Why?

Meaning you have to have Wi-Fi connectivity to video chat.
