Hello, just came back from a conference and upon my return to home, my PLAYBOOK will no longer retain WIFI Saved Network. My wife also have a PLAYBOOK and the only configuration difference is under "VPN profiles", mine is set for "Loading Profiles" and her PB has "None Selected". I don`t use VPN at home and I can not change the selection of the VPN Profiles. Note that under my Security settings, I have no VPN saved either.
Q1: How can I change the setting of my wifi connection so that it will be saved for the next time I turn on the PB?
Q2: How can cnahge the WIFI VPN Profiles options?
Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

First, have you restarted your PlayBook?
Touch the battery icon > Restart.
Now try to setup your WiFi again.

Yes,. I didthe full restart process, the on-off wifi, but no luck for me! For unknown reason, the network does not stay saved on my PB.

So you've never used VPN on your PlayBook?
