Not able to download or upgrade games

Hi,

 

I am a new owner of blackberry PlayBook, I have tried in vain to download & upgrade games which is showing internal server error upon downloading apart from it download is taking unusually long time.

 

Will appreciate if someone can assist.

To better assist you with this issue and you please provide the full error message you receive when attempting to download applications to your BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet? Are you downloading the applications from the BlackBerry App World™ storefront ?

We have the same problem. Does it say error 03-05?

I have thesame problem. This has onlybeen since the recent OS2 update. Whenever I try to install or update something it shows error message 0003-0005.
