Sorry,,,,I didn't get back to this, I have been off of the forums for quite a while! O2 did an update (or so they told me) about a month after my original query to them. Kind of confirms that they had crippled the router unintentionally with a previous update. At least they acknowledge it and effected a repair. In any event, things now work just fine so ...... thanks for the assist guys!
