OS 2.1.0.1032 update issue

I have tried updating to this version several ways now but still not installing. Tried update from desktop and from playbook. Desktop says complete but then when I restart playbook it still is looking for the 1032 version. From the playbook update icon it does updates and then it gives warning did not install and says to retry. I have restarted several times and no change.

How do you know it actually does update in this over the air method?

when doing the update via playbook (i.e. not desktop method) it shows progress bar it is downloading and installing. However sometime at end of download it indicates that install was interrupted and to retry. I was not using the playbook during the download or install. Also it is next to my wireless router the whole time.

exact error response is 'the software update was interrupted. Please try again' ... and again and again....

I guess no one else has run into this issue? I am still having the same problem.

Can you try connecting to a different WiFi router and attempt the upgrade... may be a local McDonalds or something?
