One thing is that you will not be able to use one Playbook to call the other using the Video Chat, in order to do this you must have a different BBID on each

You actually can chat between two playbooks with the same BB ID. You just set up by pin number instead of BB ID email address. Works great, I set my sisters PB up and forgot to change the ID, and we can chat by pin. So, yes, yes you can.![]()

So... You added a contact name, added their 8 digit hardware pin, left id blank??

When you add a contact to the video chat, enter the name, pin, and pin again in the video chat address and email and phone in the next two (if you wish). So name, pin, pin and you can connect between two playbooks with same ID. I just videod with it to verify. It WORKS
