Re: OwnCloud - Carddav & Caldav

How did you connect?

It's true that it accepts the Credentials, but it's not syncing the Calendar. If you create an event on the Z10 you'll see that the added Calendar is not available, only the local one. Events created in OC are also not synced to the Z10.

How does your URL look like?

well, for the calendar I am using my Synology NAS server, so it looks a bit different.

For the CardDAV it looks like that:

Re: OwnCloud - Carddav & Caldav

the funny thing is that the cardDAV account works with icloud. So what I did is exporting all contact to one huge vcf file and then import it in the icloud contacts. So at least my contacts are on the phone (without a picture though)...

Re: OwnCloud - Carddav & Caldav

I have checked now the CardDAV link from owncloud with the browser of the Z10 and it leads to a login-window where I can access the owncloud contacts.

If I paste the same link into the CardDAV setup, it complains that it can't authenticate the account.

Re: OwnCloud - Carddav & Caldav

Hi,

I have updated my patch about OwnCloud to work with BB10 and PlayBook :

http://www.progweb.com/gitweb/

I have to migrate to OwnCloud 5.

Re: OwnCloud - Carddav & Caldav

Calendars works fine on my Q10,too. But I experienced a strange issue: all event from the owncloud account disapears randomly and come back some hours later. Google calendar events works as expected. Can you confirm this behaviour?

Re: OwnCloud - Carddav & Caldav

Hi,

on my Z10 calDAV with Google works as described.

The events which are synchronized over ownCloud are not complet. Most of them are not visible. No error message (on Z10).

CardDAV works since the update to 10.1, but only one times. I've tried to sync in different intervals, but no success. Also no error message (on Z10).

Re: OwnCloud - Carddav & Caldav

Can not say whether the events are complete. It seems so, but I'm not sure. My issue is that they disappear and appear after some time (seems to be next day). Does anyone experienced this issue too?

CardDAV doesnt work for me. I'm able to create the account, but the addressbook remains empty. Contacts created on Q10 will not be synced to ownCloud.

Re: OwnCloud - Carddav & Caldav

Hi

If you use my patch, CardDAV and CalDAV work on my PlayBook and Z10 and Q10 (so 10.0 and 10.1)

I just noticed an issue with CalDAV. I have created an entry from my mobile phone and not found on my cloud server.

I'll try to reproduce to fix it.

Note: I haven't yet tested the periodic event.

Soon I'll update on the last Own Cloud release.
