does anyone know if netflix will be able to run on the expected 2.0 os upgrade on the playbook next month? what is the date in feb for the release of the 2.0 upgrade?

It doesn't look like it will as RIM will be adding it's own Video store with OS2..they want to squeeze more cash out of you.

I will refuse to use it...They keep saying NETFLIX is coming but I think it's just a big lie.

just waiting for the pb upgrade. it's going to be really disappointing if there isn't netflix access. am seriously thinking of jumping ship otherwise.

who should i let know that my investment in this tablet has been a disappointment and i'd list my reasons why i think such. i'm giving it one last chance waiting for the 2.0 pb upgrade in feb to determine if i jump ship or not. no netflix video access is just one reason.

I'm not going to post any names on here, but there were plenty  of addresses available on the CES video links that someone had posted on here.

I don't know what they were thinking, there were a lot of marketing guys emails, bb addresses and twitter accounts all in perfect view. I've emailled all of them hoping for a response, but if I was in their shoes I wouldn't reply either.

This os upgrade had better now flop. ( i suspect it will)  However, battery life is great while watching video's, and the hdmi output worked quickly and easily.

Now if they only had some quality apps BUILD SOME QUALITY APPS!!!!!

playbook has been out almost a year now and still no streaming/netflix app -is Rim just givng up the market? - they just just pay to get this done!
