Hi vanawful,

 

Tried this before,

 

Install starts and finishes. When reboot  starts( on the computer) the message appears on the computer

" The desktop loader is unable to connect to the device. You may need to enter the password on the device "

Screen on the PB is still black, Red led still blinking as before

Have contacted RIM in Belgium, they were very helpful.

Problem could not be solved, Playbook was returned and received a new one
