Hi,

I've been using a password for my PB and as from this morning, it doesn't accept my password anymore  

My PB now mentions that I'm attempting to enter it for the sixth (6 out of 10) times, accepts input (while showing the entered characters!!!) and doesn't do any after confirming my entry. It doesn't even increases the attempt counting (sticks at 6)...

And, unfortunately, the hard reset doesn't work anymore...

can you try switching to landscape keyboard?

Thanx, but unfortunately: the PB doesn't even react on landscape/portrait mode switching (changing the way I hold it)....

The PB isn't connected to our company's BES/IT policy.

Did you contact RIM and if so did they solve your issue. if so could you let us know what was done to solve uour issue.

I have exactly the same problem.  Has anyone found a solution?
