PC connection lost

My Windows 7 Blackberry Desktop Software shows 2 Playbook tablets.

I can connect to one but not the other.

I have tried to switch to it.

The cable works on the other.

The PC drivers should work for both.

Both tablets are on, fully powered.

Both tablets have the same settings AFAIK

I have previously connected OK and can still use transferred PC files

Last backup performed: May 25

Any suggestions?

Re: PC connection lost

Solved! at least in MY case.
Solution: Don't start the BB Desktop Software, just connect PC and tablet. Then the tablet is mapped to drive Z: and Desktop Software is automatically activated.
