PLAYBOOK HELP NEEDED

Blackberry Playbook Help Needed 

 

I am restarting a PlayBook. I get  past the wifi login screen successfully. I cannot get past the BlackBerry id screen.

When I type my password, it tells me this:

 

Network / Connection Error. Please check your connection settings and try again.

 

(and yes.. my id valid and I do have my password)

 

Any input would be appreciated.

Are you sure that you are entering the correct wifi settings. Try setting up your playbook on another wifi.

The PlayBook is not connecting properly to your router. Try unplugging the router for a minute, then plug back in again. Once it is up and running, reboot the PlayBook. Try it and let us know the results.
