My Playbook will connect to Open networks but when I connect it to my home network it will only connect for a few seconds if at all and then shuts down the connection on the Playbook and all internet connections on my home computer. I then have to disconnect my modem & router to get a internet connection on my home computer again. My router is a D-Link WBR-1310. I am pretty much inept an computer lingo so am desperate for help.
Without getting too technical, you probably want to try experimenting with the security settings on your router. Try changing the encryption type and security type.
It might also be a good idea to try different wifi speeds - eg Wireless 'g' instead of Wireless 'n'.
