Hi
I receive Adobe files that are password protected, I have the password so I can open them on a standard computer. I want to open them on my playbook or blackberry phone but it won't give me the option to use the password, it just shuts down.
Does anyone know if there is a way to open them that would be great.
Cheers
Hazel

This might help solve your problem >>
Open a password-protected .pdf file attachment
Open a password-protected .pdf file
it is the same process for the downloaded pdf files.. it just the title which is little different ![]()

Hi
Thank you for that, tried and tested on my phone and that works.
Do you know if there is a way of opening it on my playbook as it just gives me an error message?
Cheers

no luck mate.. It is not the Playbook OS but the Adobe reader limits which is causing the problem.. you should read this article here >> KB28135
I'm not sure whether there are any updates.. but I'll try my best to test a protected .PDF and get back to you ![]()
