PlayBook 2.0: Turn-Off Option Issues

I am currently running into a weird issue with the Turn-Off Options: Restart, Stand By, Lock and Turn Off.

Restart, Stand By and Lock all result in a restarting of the PlayBook 2.0.

I have attempted to do a hard reset but that has not made a difference.

Thanks for your assistance!

Tap the battery icon at the top of the screen instead.

Same here...made three horizontal screens and threw the Power Button icon off into the furthest right one with other stuff to not use :Batman:

Battery icon works fine.

Re: PlayBook 2.0: Turn-Off Option Issues

Good workaround but NOT a solution.  That s/w power  button needs to be fixed. And while they are at it, give me the option to turn OFF the screen swipe turn on feature.  My pb is in a cover that for some reason keeps turning on the pb in standby mode.  Even trying to put a locked or standby pb in its own pocket turns it on.

If I want to turn the pb on, I am happy to press the top hard powerbutton.
