There's an update for the desktop software as well.  It seems to handle the music, pictures and video sync differently.

In addition to the post. Some problems were fixed (first screenshot), but not an all (see second screenshot).

Problem with Exchange email server connection still persists. Still have to re-save email sign-on setup to make the "invalid password" message go away :smileysad:

BBM use data Texting use voice, since we have data using bluetooth on the Playbook BBM is possible but we do not have voice on the Playbook so texting is not possible.

I know that RIM is releasing next week a Playbook with cellular capabilities (32Gb) and maybe this version will be able to use the texting.

As for the Kindle, I never had one much seen one so I do not know, but I am presuming that it use the voice/data capability of the cellular system

Using the Playbook and the Z10 and loving them

I am what you would consider a 'basic' user. I am quite happy with what the Playbook provides as is.

Upgrade completed, uneventful!  Hahh!

Here we go again- what are the changes?

The VPN software on my PB has not worked for the last couple of months.

I know this has only impacted some PBs.  The VPN details could not be saved - so i could not access my office network.

668 fixes this problem.
