Hi .
I have problem with my play book and Wi Fi .
my problem is that the play book connects to the internet , but after 2-3 minutes it goes off of internet and for the next 2-3 minutes the internet is off .
I tested my AAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL internet devices and it didn't changed .
Something that made me very surprised is that "RIM" does NOT have any customer service in my language, Persian :-O .
I am sooooooooo sorry about my choice , playbook :-< . I paid almost $300 but i just gave a 10" LCD to see movies and do some childish games... .
That's why RIM can not make their users happy . I didn't gave any answer from any one . I even have gone to somewhere and someone has called instead of me with customer service and he( C service ) told him that the problem is from my router , I changed my place , my router , I even did off all things that they use Wi Fi , but my problem kept as my problem...
IS THERE ANYBODY WHO CAN ANSWER MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE??????????????

Go to the shop from where you purchased it.

I went to the shop that I bought it . He just said "call customer service , they will help you" . I called customer service but...
I am in toronto-Ca . do you know how can I check it with a technical person?

I called them . they said we will try to find a costumer service who can speak persian and then call you ,. but from a week ago they didn't call me . Does it mean that RIM does NOT have persian costumer service? I thought all the companies have at least one persian customer service but...

Hi
I think you didn't understand what is my problem . I DO connect to the router , but after 2 minutes it goes off and still off for the next 2-3 minutes OR dou to when I restart the tablets's Wi Fi ( not restart the tablet ) .

Yea, I think you should call the PlayBook warranty service like I've already mentioned.
Why do you need "persian costumer" service.
Seems you speak (or type) English pretty well.. from what I can see.
