PlayBook camera error

I click on the camera app i see black screen

And when i touch screen,the snap button and zoom appears but no image

What should i do?

Tap near bottom right corner. Do you see a small camera icon with green circular arrows? Tap it and see if the other camera works.

I have the exact same problem, also since updating to 2.1. Clicking the camera with circulair green arrows did not give any response, nor an error message.
