Playbook App World

Why would App world stop opening, was working fine this morning now the screen just goes to half blue and the rest is colourful bubbles.

Unless you can get a SIM from someone on the approved list like Rogers you are stuck

Sorry Sarah it is a locked playbook, it was my brothers he had given me, battery was dead managed to get it back then did upgrade to version 2.0.1 bundle 668 but as i said app world will now not open.

Locked to which provider? and is the SIM in there?  It should be on 2.1.0.1088 if the provider is on Blackberry's list. Complain to the provider.

if not approved then it will never update to 2.1 and you now get the non opening App World bug which should be Blackberry World. Blackberry's bad, no acknowledgement.

 

EDIT. Did you accept an update to App World after the reload?  If so try reloading OS but refuse update to App World.

did you try to wipe your device? I know that's a wierd solution if you have your playbook filled up.. but then too!
