Hi--the formatting text in mybook was not the fault of the Book Reader! I had two copies of the book--one of which is corrupted! I had loaded the wrong copy! Sorry to have given you misleading information
I have just seen that there is/was a problem with the book reader not playing nice with the new update. I just loaded it last night and do not no how to proceed. I miss my book reader..help...please..
Now if only it will display drm books that i have legally purchased from Kindle and also skip between chapters to and from the contents page etc it would be perfect. I can remove the drm but I feel bad about it even tho I paid for them. Paging through a text book to get to the last chapter is far too slow.
Just discovered the scroll bar under the footnote which at least helps navigate the book if TOC is not navigable. Today's version still willl not open my mac osx lion text book without removing drm. Does anyone else have problem reading purchased books with drm? Will the app only read free books?
