Playbook Can't Read VNI Windows Fonts (like font Vni-Times...)?

I have some docs written in Vni Windows fonts (such as Vni-Time, Vni-Aptima). I copy to my playbook but I cant read correctly (on PC installed Vni Windows fonts is ok) . But when I change the fonts into Unicode fonts (Time New Roman...), the playbook read ok. That why I have questions:

1. Can Playbook Read VNI Windows Fonts (like font Vni-Times...)?

2. If not, how can I install Vni Windows fonts (such as Vni-Time, Vni-Aptima) into my playbook so that I can read correctly without changing the fonts on PC before copy to playbook?

Thanks all for your help.

As far as i know fonts cannot be modified and keyboard/editors will not support Vietnamese, or Arabic, or Chinese, or Japanese or Cerilic or Greek or ........anything but Roman fonts.
