I assume that you mean the homescreen tabs.
If that's the case then the answer is "no" at the moment.
I've found myself making sure that the top row in each category has a unique icon so that it is easy to jump to my most used programs.
The only problem is that I have a huge 'All' category with loads of apps that I have to wade through.
