I just copied some files into a folder on my Playbook called "documents". Problem is, I don't see any folders on my Playbook called "Documents" Actually, there are several folders I can see using Desktop Manager but I don't know how to find them on the Playbook. Any ideas?

In AppWorld download/install AirBrowser, it is similar to Windows Explorer and it is free

Thank-you. Next silly question. Can I make the "document" folder a tile on the home screen so I don't have to access it through a folder browser

making your own tab on the home screen was one of the few interesting new things showcased at the last electronics show, so you are in luck!
But from what I understood when they were showing the Playbook at CES, the folder on the home screen is only for groupping apps and not for the documents/pictures/video

You could also give Files & Folders a try. Similar to Air Browser, it allows you to manage the contents of your PlayBook. But it also adds Dropbox, Box.net, Google Docs, .ZIP files and (for most users) BlackBerry Bridge files in exactly the same way. Plus a send-by-email feature and other goodies.
