On Wednesday, I was on the internet and my playbook's screen went dead. I found online how to do a hard reboot, so I did it. Everytime I try to go on the internet, my Kobo app, blackberry world, etc. the Playbook goes dead.
I have read different things to let it sit overnight which I have, etc. Today I tried to check for software updates (which I know I am on the latest software) and again the screen went black.
I need some suggestions.
I have performed a backup on my playbook, but I am getting really frustrated. I have had this for just over 2 years, with very minimal issues, but this week I am ready to pack it in.
