Tried that but still did not work. In the end I let the battery run out and then it started OK. Froze again though after a few mins. This time when I pressed the power button the options came on screen to close but because screen was froze I could not touch them. Left it and after 20 mins started OK again. Will see what happens today.

Your biggest mistake was to go buy another one, even though they are a good deal now I question the logjevity of these things. Mine froze on me but started up the next day, if it freezes on me again its going back and I'll just get a laptop. BB's are ALL GARBAGE IMO my phone crashed on me after 6 months all the hardware had to be replaced! 

When my contract is up I'm switching to Iphone.

have fun with your iphone...sure it won't crash but you will be limited by the software as to what you can do. For me what it comes down to is making a device work for you not the other way around. You are probably the kind of person that loves win 7 because it is built for a child just like an iphone. As a heads up never go anywhere near a linux box.....

Hello,
I just called tech support & they said hit the power button for 30 secs. The hit power button & the "+" button.
It worked. So far so good.
