My update to OS 2.0 has frozen for about an hour while trying to install sys.firstlaunch.bar. the install bar shows approximately 70% installed. should i be rebooting something to try and install it again or will this corrupt my playbook? do not want to disconnect without knowing for sure as I don't want to damage my playbook. should I continue to wait. I've had the playbook connected to my desktop software and trying to instal for about 2 hours now. Help!! I need to know how to fix this asap. Can't afford to have my playbook crash......
I just spoke with playbook tehcnical support and they claimed that the update has to be completed over wifi. hold the power and plus button to turn off your playbook, reboot it and try over wifi. just trying it now, disconnecting did not hurt my playbook though.
