Playbook Power Cord Not Plugging in to Playbook

I have had my playbook for less than 1 year. I am now having problems with attaching my power cord into the appropriate slot on the playbook. I am fully out of battery, therefore can no longer use my playbook since no Blackberry power cord will fit in properly to the device. I am not getting anywhere with any other support option. I hope someone here can direct me in the right direction for help.

What do you mean the power cord won't fit? Is it not going into the USB slot?

If so, I had a similar thing happen to me when my son accidentally plugged in the charger upside down. It moved the centre pin in the PlayBook out of alingment.

Just use something line a pen to shift it back into place to line up with the USB plug and it should be fine.
