Playbook Shutting itself down

Playbook is 6 months old and is now starting to shut itself down.  I have had minor issues with it since day one which were fixed but now it has become unusable.  I have emailed RIM and Blackberry and am getting the run around with nobody wanting to help.

Any help you can provide as to what you're doing when it shuts itself down... which app(s) you might be using?

How many apps are open in the background?

Is the battery charged, at what percentage?

I could be doing anything from playing angry birds to listening to music with nothing open in background. It just does it at random.  Has happened with 98% battery and 68% battery.

All I really want at this point is a contact number or email for them to honor my warrenty.  I cannot get any information and RIM is sending me to Blackberry and Blackberry keeps sending me back to Rim. Does anyone have any contact information on who I can get a hold of.

 

Thanks so much I have always been a Blackberry fan but am really thinking of going the way of an IPhone as their Customer service is horrible.
