I am unable to download the Version 220.127.116.112 software update on my Playbook. The file is 487 MB. I have tried many times both at home and the office and it downloads almost the entire update and then just as it is finishing I get this message "Software Update Interrupted" Retry. I hit retry and it just does it again. Help.

How much memory space do you have left on your PlayBook?

Can you touch the upper right battery icon > Restart, and then after restarting the device, try again?

Just did the restart and it did it again. It does the full download but as soon as it starts to install it gives me the "interrupted" error and says please try again. Any ideas?

Yea, you may be running low on free memory.

I'm having kind of the same issue but my message says that it "Could not connect to the update server. Check your Wi-Fi settings or Retry now"
The Wi-Fi is working fine, not sure what else to do.

I am having a similar issue. Have been trying to download the same update for days. I keep getting the message just as the download is about to start.....The software update was interrupted. Please try again sometime later. Have probably tried a dozen times. Yes I have rebooted many times. I have 573 MB of free memory and it is 330 MB
