Re: Playbook VPN settings

Hello liuyang125300 and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

You can connect your BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet to a Wi-Fi® network to access these applications.

To connect to a Wi-Fi network, have a look at the User Guide.

Thanks!

Thanks for your kind advice! I am all ears  on further guidance as to how to subscribe to Vpn services so that I can have full and free access to the Internet.

Re: Playbook VPN settings

[ Edited ]

I subscribed to a certain VPN provider for several years for PC use and every time I asked them when they would support the PlayBook they fobbed me off claiming that the PlayBook did not support VPN.  That was nonsense as we know, it was also the end of my relationship with them.

There are many VPN providers around but finding one who supports the PlayBook, offers easy set up and has a good reputation can be a bit of a task. After some searching I found Witopia.  Great choice of servers, great prices and excellent customer service.  I thoroughly recommend them. Have a look at the link(s)  below. Good luck.
