I have just purchased a playbook and note that when i go in you tube and try and watch some music videos they wont play and i get an error message. I can watch other videos e.g videos people have shot with video cameras etc but not specific music videos (I was trying to view a casting crowns music video). Can anyone help or advise why this should be the case?

perhaps you could post the youtube link / id? Also are you using the youtube app or the browser?

I just clicked onto YouTube Casting Clowns. No problems viewing several of their musical videos. Try doing a three button reset of your PlayBook. Hold down the Power Button and both volume buttons at the same time for 15 seconds and then wait 1 minute then hold the power button only until the red light flashes then release it and wait for the PB to reboot.
