Playbook latest os 2 software.
Mail server is hosted by Host Papa. Using Google calendars
Mail problems... I alwys seem to have the "Unable to connect to serer. Please try again later" even when i drag down to refresh the mail it reports this. I can check the account seing and it saves them with out error, but as soon as I go back to the mail there it is if not right away, it will show up soon after. Even after it delievers an email.
The calendar does not seem to bring the contents of the google calendar into the PB, though I don't exactly klnow what to expect with.
Can someone help me fix this, and explain what to expect with google calendars and the PB.

Wow, almost a week on the baord and not even a response.
Does RIM even look in these message boards ?
I suppose they are looking to firm up thier revenue with paid support on a half assed attempt at a tablet.
Don't get me wrong, I am not bashing it. I think it could be a great device, but in true RIM spirit there is no support.
I did not see this post as a "Stumper" but I guess I was wrong.
Well, I will just have to keep re confirming my account setting to fix the problem.

I am having the same issue, repetitive " Unable to connect to server, try again later". And then when I check the settings for that account, the settings are fine and sometimes when I hit "save" iIt then connects and refreshes, sometimes it doesn't, Happens more with my Comcast account than my BES account. Emails also sometimes come in with different time stamps and in different order than on my Bold.

Not sure my answer will work for you but when I experienced the same issue a couple of weeks ago I had to delete the account and then re-add it.
I had the issue with my yahoo account but not my Gmail acct.
The only issue i have had with my Gmail account was the system kept asking for my password even though it was already entered and I was not having any issues on any other workstations nor directly with the web.
Since I have reloaded the email accounts I have not had a problem...
As far as I am aware no one has identified the cause and I have not heard anyone seeing the the problem constantly re-occur.

Tried deleting and reinstalling Comcast mail account, didn't address the issue. Still disconnects after about 30 seconds and usually won't reconnect unless I go to the Comcast account settings page on the PlayBook and hit Save (its not necessary to change any settings, just hitting Save usually, but not always, causes a reconnect).
