I read that RIM is recalling 1,000 PB due to a software issue in the 16B PB. How can I tell if mine is one that is part of the recall?

Did you buy yours from Staples? If no, then don't worry.

already been posted, only 16 gig models affected and its a software issue. Moat units were never shipped out.

I dont know, but the titles said RIM recall on PlayBook is just wrongly told in the news feeds that I saw.

 

Half of the news is just garbage anyways these days.
