Playbook not charging

My playbook is not charging. I used wall charger and rapid charger but it is still not charging. Lightningbolt does not appear over battery icon. Battery status is on 0 percent always. Im in the philippines so return policy not an option. Please help. Thanks.

are you using the charger that you find in the original package? cause blackberry playbook needed 2 amp of power to charge properly , normal charger can supply normally only 500mha (1 / 4 of power needed).

or maybe the plug is not plugged in fully..

Is it working when plugged? And just does not charge? Then problem is not in charger, but in battery

Yes. Original micro usb charger and rapid charger.
