Before you call them here are a few suggestions. Turn off your wifi switch and see if the trouble viewing away. There may be something in the area where you live that is generating electrical interference. Things such as overhead fans, dimmer switches, lighting with bad ballast such as in fluorescent lighting.
My son had a new laptop. Most times when he called me via Skype it was all broken up and very difficult to hear him.
