Got new Playbook DC99 for Xmas. Got it set up eventually but when went in today it asking for password. This happened yesterday also and we followed the instructions to reset and made new password. Did that again today but it will not accept either the original one or the one reset yesterday. Only got 2 tries left and do not want to lose everything we did yesterday. Can anyone help please??

What is a DC99?
Is the playbook connected by usb cable to pc? Or just standalone?
How many attempts were you given at the start?
Just trying to clarify which password is causing you trouble.

Problem solved thank you. We were using the Blackberry ID password instead of one which we had to set up on Playbook in order to download books!! Now removed it for future! Thanks
