Refurbished and already logged into a BBID when you took it out of the box?

Google BlackBerry Knowledge Base Article KB26694.
When you setup the PlayBook, you have to remember the BlackBerry ID and Password. Write them down somewhere because without them you will have lots of trouble. The KB Article above says you cannot restore a backup with a different BBID.

You will have to contact RIM with all the details, PIN, Serial No. etc,etc,etc
