Playbook problem activation blackberry ID

Hi,

I buy a new Blackberry playbook one week ago, and yesterday , when i trie to activate it (language,WI-FI,Time) I entered the new blackberry ID that i made on Blackberry.com and it said "Error Unknow server (-6) "

So, i tried an other Blackberry ID and it didn't work as well!

How can i activate my playbook!

I really want to play with soon!

Are you connected to a WiFi router?

i had this problem, updating to the latest software fixed it.
