It occured to me suddenly today that the screen of the playbook gets REALLY REALLY dim and it won't lighten up unless I apply pressure on the middle back of the playbook itself. I have the auto-backlight dimming turned off and by adjustding the brightness bar only makes it even dimmer! It doesn't make a difference whether plugged in or not.
Plesase anyone help! I can't live without the playbook and I really need it fixed . Thank you!

it has a one year warranty and should be covered
